BST develops biosensors according to customer-specific requirements. Depending on the field of application and performance, BST biosensors are based on multilayer systems in thick-film or thin-film technology. Based on accumulated know-how and established processes, biological receptors and electrochemical transducers can be combined to form corresponding biosensors. The result is analytical tools for the detection of metabolites in concentrations ranging from a few µmol/l to several 10 mmol/l.
